The Providence School’s 2024 Teacher of the Year Sean Goggin is described as an educator with a calm presence who inspires students to take ownership of their learning. Sean builds a culture of connectedness in his classroom and whether his students are learning English or guitar, relationships come first. Mr. Goggin gets to know his students as individuals and learns about what motivates and inspires them to take their achievement to the next level. His music class has become a coveted highlight for TPS students, engaging them in a creative outlet that connects them to school in a meaningful way. Mr. Goggin is changing lives, one student at a time and we’re grateful and proud that he is a member of our district family. Congratulations, Sean! #WeAreJessamine
