John Daugherty is a proud 1967 graduate of Jessamine County High School and former JCS educator who dedicated an incredible 34 years to teaching in our schools. Since his retirement in 2006, Mr. D's passion for education and service has continued as he serves as a volunteer in the WJHS office. These clinics provide comprehensive medical care for students and staff, making health services convenient and accessible. Led by Family Nurse Practitioner Tara Curtsinger, who brings 13 years of experience and a passion for caring for children, the services include: 🩺 Well-child exams, school & sports physicals 🤒 Sick visits, injury care, and prescriptions 💉 Immunizations 💡 Vision screenings 📋 Chronic illness management (Asthma, high blood pressure, etc.) 🧠 Mental health services & referrals The centers accept KY Medicaid, many private insurances, and offer affordable options for uninsured patients.
