2025-26 PreK & Kindergarten Registration Packets will be available at JELV and Wilmore Elementary starting March 3, 2025.
You can pick up a packet at your convenience from the Registration Cabinet located outside JELV’s Main Entrance or the front office at Wilmore Elementary School. Registration directions will be listed on the packet.
Completed registration packet* may be dropped off at Wilmore Elementary anytime beginning March 17, 2025 during any school day between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Call for summer hours.
Note for Wilmore School District Families: Submit a completed Kindergarten packet to Wilmore Elementary School instead of JELV.

*Be prepared by gathering the following required documents to include in your registration packet. Only complete packets will be accepted.
Copy of child's official state issued birth certificate
If applicable, legal documents such as custody or guardianship paperwork
Kentucky Immunization Certificate with a valid expiration date
Physical exam form completed up to one year prior to the first day of school
Proof of residency - A utility bill dated within the past 60 days (you may not register without approved proof of residency)
