Late and long post, but we wanted to highlight these students!
Congratulations to our students who were recognized Friday, December 18th at our Fall Graduate Profile Recognition Breakfast! These students were nominated by staff for their efforts in demonstrating one or more of the JCS Graduate Profile attributes of Work Ethic, Responsibility, Connected Citizenship, Communication, and Critical Thinking. Additionally, we recognized the work ethic of our students on the Academic Wall of Fame.
Students were able to hear Eli Cox speak to them about these attributes and how they will help them in their lives. Eli is a former WJHS graduate, UK Football Player, and has entered the NFL draft for the coming year.
Some of our favorite advice he gave the students: Be where your feet are. Consistent effort will set you apart. Take ownership of your actions. Ask yourself each day what you are doing to make yourself better. Congratulations, Colts. You are putting forth effort each day to set yourself apart and work towards success. We are proud of you!

Reminder, Colts! No NTI work tomorrow as it is a traditional snow day! Enjoy!

Happy New Year, Colts! 🎉 Wishing everyone a successful and joyful 2025 filled with learning, growth, and exciting new adventures. We'll see everyone back Tuesday, January 7th! Enjoy the rest of your break.

Congrats to the Lady Colts for dominating the Defender Classic, this weekend!
