Yesterday, Mrs. Martin’s students worked on the Graduate Profile of Communication by presenting their summer reflection to their peers! ☀️🕶️

Jessamine County schools is partnering with Care Council for a book drive through the month of September to show just how true that is!
We are asking for gently-used children's books to redistribute to our primary students, with dropoff locations at Central Office and Jessamine County School libraries. Let's come together, as a community, so we can make sure every home can experience the joys of reading! 📚

Yes, it will be hot! Please be sure to bring water and dress as comfortably as possible! We will have hot dogs, chips, and water available, as well as the cafeteria will be open for a cooling spot, but it's always a good idea to come prepared.
There will be additional vendors that will have food to purchase if you are interested.
We look forward to seeing you in the bus loop!

Through our Youth Service Center, the EJMS Food Assistance Program works to ensure nutritious food reaches members of our school community facing financial hardship and food insecurity.
Because our resources are limited, this program is specifically designed to support households currently experiencing low income or critical financial need. If your family is going through a tough time, we are here to support you in a confidential and welcoming environment.
